HBB Consulting is an independent, senior-led management advisory firm. We support executives in preparing strategic decisions, developing operating models and delivering complex transformation programmes.
Our primary focus is energy and utilities. Our experience covers corporate strategy development, energy-sector M&A and integration programmes, grid operations improvement, and IT/OT and Smart Grid projects. This is complemented by oil and gas digitalisation, IT services, pharmaceutical and international shared services experience in Romania and India.
Our work typically begins where an executive question or dilemma is not yet a project. We turn these into structured programmes — with objectives, scope, owners and a schedule — and then see them through. We bridge the business and IT/technology domains so that decision-making and delivery do not drift apart.
